For 6th grade students, we offer full bay crossings during neap tides or periods of low tidal coefficients for safety reasons.
For 7th, 8th, and 9th grade students, the constraints are less significant.
Two possible options:
→ The “Traditional” crossing, guided but not commented. This crossing will allow students to discover the immensity of the bay, the rivers, the quicksands…
→ The “Bay Discovery” crossing, guided and commented. This crossing is the most comprehensive way to discover the bay in its entirety.
Themed outings adapted to student curricula (the Middle Ages, geology…) are also offered.

A visit to the Scriptorial, a museum dedicated to the manuscripts of Mont-Saint-Michel, completes an outing to the Bay. This day trip allows you to make the connection between Mont-Saint-Michel and Avranches, the former seat of the bishopric, one of whose incumbents founded the sanctuary dedicated to the archangel and who collected the precious manuscripts during the Revolution.
