This also applies to beneficiaries and any other family members. The CLIENT must specify their choice at the time of cancellation, namely: <ul><li>refund request,<\/li><li>postponement of the outing, according to the postponement terms specified below.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>If the cancellation occurs between 7 and 15 days before the outing date, the sum paid may be postponed to another activity or another date according to the postponement terms specified below.<br>When the cancelled service includes a &#8220;bus return,&#8221; bus tickets cannot be refunded. <\/li><li>Any refund request less than 15 days before the outing must be justified by a medical certificate or any other supporting document (death certificate, vehicle breakdown assistance report) and sent by email to infos@decouvertebaie.com with the file reference.<\/li><li>If the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the outing, without justification, the sum paid will be fully retained by DECOUVERTE DE LA BAIE, with no possibility of postponement.<\/li><li>For any postponement:<ul><li>the new requested date must be within the current calendar year. This date must be specified by the CLIENT within 15 days following the cancellation and will be subject to validation by DECOUVERTE DE LA BAIE, subject to availability. Without a request for a new date within 15 days following the cancellation, DECOUVERTE DE LA BAIE will no longer be obliged to proceed with the postponement.  <\/li><li>if the price of the new chosen activity is lower, the price difference will not be refunded to the CLIENT. If it is higher, the supplement will be requested from the CLIENT. <\/li><li>if the service includes a bus return and the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the outing, the cost of the bus ticket must be paid again by the CLIENT.<\/li><li>Only one postponement is possible.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>DECOUVERTE DE LA BAIE does not issue credit notes following a modification or cancellation of service.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><br>CANCELLATION \/ MODIFICATION BY DECOUVERTE DE LA BAIE:<br><\/strong>If the cancellation is initiated by DECOUVERTE DE LA BAIE, the sums paid will be fully refunded without entitlement to additional compensation.<br>After departure, if client safety conditions require it, DECOUVERTE DE LA BAIE may adapt\/modify the itinerary and\/or duration of the initially planned service.<br>In cases of force majeure, exceptional and unavoidable circumstances, unforeseen events, or external causes preventing the provision of services, DECOUVERTE DE LA BAIE will be automatically released from its obligation to perform the service and from its liability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-464f327
